Junior Achievement Azerbaijan (JAA) is the local representative of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, the world’s largest not-for-profit organization in business education. Junior Achievement mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. Since its founding in 1919, JA has contributed to the business and economics education of young people throughout the world. JA now operates through local representatives in 100 countries worldwide. In Azerbaijan Junior Achievement started in 2000 and since then JA Azerbaijan trained over thousands of students and more than 300 teachers from schools in 26 regions through the funding from the public and private donors. Junior Achievement Azerbaijan supports and helps directly by training and assisting its beneficiaries to learn essentials of business, entrepreneurship, finance, and economics and to be better prepared for their roles in Azerbaijan’s economy.
